This policy covers this website only. The website is informational: it is not a medical application, it is not used to deliver care, and it must not be used to send personal health information.

Information you submit through a form: your name, email address, and optionally your organisation, role, phone number, audience type and message. We also process limited technical information such as your IP address and browser type for security and to keep the site running.

If privacy-respecting analytics are enabled, they record aggregate page views without cookies and without tracking individuals across sites.

Solely to respond to your enquiry, to arrange pilot or partnership conversations you have asked for, and to keep a record of consent. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

We ask for your express consent before you submit a form, and any commercial electronic message we send identifies us and includes an unsubscribe mechanism, consistent with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

Enquiry data is handled through a form provider configured by NovaMed Systems, with a preference for Canadian or Canadian-friendly hosting. Enquiries are retained only as long as needed to answer them and to meet record-keeping obligations, then deleted.

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the site and respond to enquiries, under contract and only for that purpose, or where required by law.

Transport encryption, access controls limited to staff who need it, and regular review of the providers we use. No online transmission is completely secure; please do not send sensitive health information here.

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@novamedsystems.ca and we will respond within the timelines set by applicable Canadian privacy law.
